The Applicant’s consent to the processing of their personal data

You (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Applicant’), in accordance with the requirements of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, hereby give your voluntary consent to ‘KINEGRAFIK’ to process your personal data.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is confirmed by ticking the box containing the following text:

“I accept the terms of the User Agreement and consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy” and clicking the “Submit” button on the website page containing the feedback form.

Method of processing the applicant’s personal data:

The collection, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating (or amendment), use, disclosure, blocking, destruction, retrieval and gathering of information about the Applicant from publicly available sources, based on the details provided by the Applicant. The processing of personal data may be carried out using automated means or without the use of such means.

List of personal data for which consent is given:

surname, first name, patronymic;
date of birth;
registered address (place of residence/stay);
actual address;
contact telephone number (home, mobile);
details of education (level of education, type of study, name of educational institution, year of graduation, degree subject, qualification, details of foreign language proficiency);
email address;
account details for Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom and Microsoft Teams (if applicable);
employment details (month and year of joining the company, month and year of leaving the company, position held, name of the organisation).

This Consent takes effect from the moment it is accepted and remains in force until the purpose of the processing has been achieved or until it is withdrawn; the Applicant may withdraw their consent by sending a request to the contact details of ‘KINEGRAFIK’ below, marked ‘Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data’. The applicant understands that the withdrawal of consent in respect of certain data and/or certain purposes may result in the complete cessation of the processing of my personal data for the purposes of this Consent; In the event of a negative decision regarding employment at “KINEGRAFIK”, personal data will be retained by “KINEGRAFIK” for the period of document retention prescribed by the applicable legislation of the United Arab Emirates.
